Nice having a live person to talk to
Very easy to talk to directly to a live person,, this was most important. I had a problem in the past and didn't want to experience it in the future. He was very professional and understood my problem.. very knowledgeable and gave me some advice for future use. very satisfied with the help. thanks joeg
