Poor service and very poor experience
Poor service and very poor experience. Place order on 18th October and 11 days later, the order is still outstanding despite having provided them with a prescription from a registered optician - one gets the feeling that they are always wanting to steer you towards their own optician. Communication has been poor and makes me wonder whether this is a scam. I regret using this service and would not recommend them.
