I signed up for a one month trial period but was charged for a year. They do not take phone calls and do not respond to a tickets created on their website. Also, they do not respond to cancellation of the trial period.
After years of using this software to convert youtube videos, the program stop working. The analyis step failed to analyse the URL, I feared the worst that youtube made a change that caused the issue, After emailing support about the issue, I was told youtube had changed its encryption. Within 3 days, changes were made to the "Analysis Engine" and the problem was resolved. This kind of support is unheard of these days. Each of my emails was responded to daily. I felt like they reall cared about their product and customer.
