Do not recommend them.
I was with them for a few years. Service is very mediocre. Prices are very high. Would not recommend them. I moved to a different provider at a much lower cost and with much better service. Update after response from Intermedia: I tried to work with you on your pricing but you didn’t budge. Also, when a client asks for something to be done, your staff should create the ticket. Don’t make the client open a ticket and go through all the screens. I, as a client, am unfamiliar with your internal systems. Your staff should be trained and be able to do it in a fraction of the time.
