Be warned you may be waiting a long time for delivery....
I have ordered several items including a bridesmaid dress which still haven't arrived. I ordered on 23rd April, paying the £16.95 postage, received shipment notification 29th April. I contacted the company who said to be patient, and provided an unconvincing link to a tracker which seems to indicate the parcel has made it through customs at Heathrow airport on 3rd May. If you choose to order from JJ's House, be warned.... 1. It's not made obvious on the website that this is shipping from China 2. The postage and packing costs are not made obvious until the very end point 3. The tracking site is unconvincing as a real tracking service 4. If the parcel doesn't arrive, you likely won't receive refund of the P&P..... Be warned, although the website is glossy and looks great, don't be convinced you will have a good experience. I wish I'd had a more thorough look through other reviews. Here's hoping the order arrives but may not be worth the stress involved for other people.
