They screwed up and then made it right
I received my order and it was not done properly. ROT offered to redo it and get it out to me asap. Because of a mailing issue, it did not arrive in time for when I needed it. They immediately refunded all my money with no push back. The initial shirt I received was "good enough" for my needs and their hassle free refund makes me super confident I will be returning to them for future orders.
