I see a lot of bad reviews but to be honest they have been great for me I have 3 different Xiaomi phones in my household one had issues with network contacted Xiaomi and they offered to repair it, now its back like new so just want to thank them for being supportive quite surprised with the negative reviews as there phones are highly rated in the consumer market maybe just contact them they might be able to help
