Follow up review of itoolmax
After Itoolmax responded to my 1st review, I sent them my order number (#225892) as they requested, as well as editing my original review to included my order number. They said that someone from Itoolmax would respond in two business days. I still have not heard back from them after more than a week. I also sent another email to Vicky from Itoolmax. I have not received any more communication from her either. As I stated in my original review, DO NOT ORDER FROM ITOOLMAX!! They do not get back to you in 2 business days as they state they will! I still have a machine with parts that can’t be assembled because they don’t match size wise and can’t return it because they will not send me the forms I have to fill out according to their return policy (even though I requested them) in order to return the 3in1 cordless weed eater and get a refund of my money ($117.00). NOT A REPUTABLE COMPANY!! DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!!
