Won't send you a phone, won't refund you, will lie over and over again
Horrible customer service. Does everything it can to not provide a refund Doesn't make phones on time. Lies using multiple different reasons as to why they haven't made phone s/sent phones/refunded it's customers for phones they have not sent. Uses fake tracking numbers to buy itself time. Refuses to pay refunds back withing 30 days and make excuses as to why they can't do it. I used to tell people to buy umidigi if what they wanted was a decent phone without the big name brand for half the cost. Now they have lived up to there expectation of being just another dodgy AliExpress knock off company. Ps. Also look at the reviews on this site before December clearly bots. People have been complaining since mid October when they should have released the f2.
