Absolutely appalling experience
Absolutely appalling experience. I was lied to from the moment of purchase. The sales agents made promises they had no intention of honoring, and once they had my money, their attitude completely changed. Instead of receiving the quality product I was promised, they shipped a defective item. When I contacted customer service, they refused to take responsibility, ignored their own commitments, and kept changing their story. This company’s business practices are deceptive and show a complete lack of integrity. They appear far more interested in making sales than standing behind the products they sell or treating customers fairly. If this is how they routinely conduct business, consumers should think twice before trusting them. Based on my experience, I believe this company’s conduct poses a serious risk to consumers because of its misleading sales tactics and refusal to resolve legitimate product issues. I would never purchase from them again and strongly encourage others to shop elsewhere.
