The description of the new upgrade to Luminar Neo did not make it too clear what would happen to my subscription. I also had an issue about whether or not a payment I made had got through. I tried the online chat but really felt I had to communicate with an individual. When I got through to Support their Customer Service team were really very good. They answered my questions and explained how to do things so that I could see where I was going wrong. I've used Luminar and its various forms for years. I think it's a fabulous software for picture editing. Thank you guys.
