During the last product update I encountered a installation problem. I contacted the customer service desk and Alina from the CSD reacted very fast and provided a solution which worked. I am happy with the product and in addition with the CSD. Therefore 5 stars.

Luminar NEO is powerful program that is quick to learn as it is very intuitive It offers wonderful tools to get excellent results. On occasion, it does crash but Tech Support is there to resolve the problem for you. I would recommend it highly especially for those who want to accelerate their growth in photography or as a plug-in to competitor programs.
Luminar has lot of cool stuff and it will be better and better, I hope!

The description of the new upgrade to Luminar Neo did not make it too clear what would happen to my subscription. I also had an issue about whether or not a payment I made had got through. I tried the online chat but really felt I had to communicate with an individual. When I got through to Support their Customer Service team were really very good. They answered my questions and explained how to do things so that I could see where I was going wrong. I've used Luminar and its various forms for years. I think it's a fabulous software for picture editing. Thank you guys.

I recently had a problem in changing my information on my account. So I reached out to the Skyum support. Instantly they acknowledged receiving my request and informed me that they were quite busy so It might take a little extra time to receive a solution. I accepted that and expected a few days until it could be resolved. But I was pleasantly surprised when I received an email from the support team within 24 hours telling me that my problem had been addressed and resolved. I contacted Skylum Support regarding the Japanese consumption tax and Qualified Invoice requirements for my purchase. Sofi was very helpful and took the time to confirm the details. She provided the correct Japanese Qualified Invoice Issuer Registration Number and also sent me an updated invoice with all the necessary information.
