If you’re fluent in English, I highly recommend the live chat support. However, for complicated issues, you should insist on speaking with a human representative right away.
My problem: My lifetime license for Luminar Neo was no longer linked to my Skylum account. Using my email address and the receipt from the Apple Store, the cause was quickly identified. Both representatives were very friendly and knowledgeable.
I’ll post a review of the software itself at a later date.
Have been using Luminar Neo for the last 4 years and my experience has been very good. Great tool to edit my digital images with greatest of ease. Support is prompt and excellent

I'm in love with Luminar, a program that lets me edit my photos in minutes, without any hassle, and save and apply my favorite settings for each type of image. On the downside, the program doesn't yet allow me to group my preset packs by genre. Customer support is fantastic, fast, and professional.

I am not the brightest person when it comes to computers and how to use them. However, Luminar Neo had excellent help for me in locating and installing their presets. For which I am thankful. I use these presets for at least 80 percent of the time. Especially the supersharp setting.
I really like Luminar Neo and how easy it is to use. Skylum keeps enhancing it and making it better. I’m not the best at post processing but with the simplified AI approach, I get very good results. Their customer support is top notch too. I needed to get some guidance and had questions and the answers were received in a short time and were very helpful. Got me all set.

I used to use Adobe Lightroom, but it was expensive, with its catches in annual contracts, and since I only do occasional photography, it was a costly expense and didn't suit my needs. I found Luminar, which has a better paid plan, and its program works wonders for editing. They've also introduced an app for editing on your phone. 100% recommended. Their technical support is also good.

I paid for additional skies & received them for 60 days but was promised 12 months. Their program update deleted the skies & luminar/skylum support refuses to reply. Not worth it. Stick with LRcc and Photoshop!

I purchased Luminar on a whim after getting into photography recently, had one issue and felt a single small feature was missing from the app.
Contacted Skylum directly to request they hopefully add the one thing I wanted, have to say I was given arguably the best customer service with Alina.
Very friendly staff, supportive and so kind with how their emails are actually sent also.
