I had some issues following Apple's abandonment of Rosetta and the consequences on my use of Luminar... Skylum's help and support were very quick and efficient.
Thank you for your feedback! We’re glad to hear that our team assisted you quickly and efficiently. Enjoy using Luminar Neo!
Excellent advice after visiting their support. My computer/server/router had caused a lot of problems over my apps/programs. Luminar Neo was just freezing and when I tried to re-instal I was getting the same reaction. Support made a number of suggested actions, at first these did not work but they kept at it, eventually getting me up and running. I used to be a user of Photoshop and Lightroom, since their beginning, but have canceled them due to the excessive cost. Luminar Neo is my goto site for post production.
