Excellent piece of software on mac and ios. Very intuitive to use. I have affinity photo too, but this makes any adjustments easier to perform. The results are amazing.

I spent a lot of time researching photo editing software, looking for quality and value for money - and Luminar ticked all of the boxes (both the App and their website) - the editing software is easy to understand and there are plenty of helpful videos - I had a question and emailed their support and Anastasiia came back to me with a comprehensive answer and very quickly indeed. I've worked as a photojournalist all my life. And I've never seen software as the Luminar Neo like this. AMAZING ! It's powerful, yet friendly. Luminar Neo has literally saved images that were soft focus. I use Photoshop and Lightroom regularly, but with Luminar Neo, I'm slowly converting to use for all work. The support I've received as been great. When I had an issue with installation (at my end), there was easy access to Chat Help. And, within 3 minutes I was talking with Valeriia, a live person. She simply emailed me a DMG file to install. Perfect. My good friend, Bob Grzesiak and his friend, Daniel Gauss, turned me on to Luminar Neo and I'm forever grateful for the inntroduction. I recommend Luminar Neo to anyone within earshot, to both professional and amateur photographers.

I recently purchased Luminar Neo and have had a positive experience overall. The software is powerful, easy to use, and offers many useful AI-powered editing tools. As a new user, I found the interface intuitive and the results impressive. I also contacted customer support regarding a possible upgrade from my educational desktop license to the Cross-device version. The support team was always polite, professional, and willing to help. They reviewed my case, explained the available options, and respected my final decision. The only area that could be improved is the communication process. Responses sometimes took longer than expected, and there were a few inconsistencies regarding pricing and discount details that required additional clarification. Despite that, the support staff remained friendly and helpful throughout the conversation, and I appreciate the effort they made to find a solution. Had an issue where I was locked out from my account and couldn’t access it anymore even though I have purchased a perpetual licence. I have contacted Skylum and Anastasiia from support have been extremely helpful and tried her absolute best to get me back into my account. Within less than 24hours, my access was restored!

I am very satisfied with the use of Luminar. However, I experienced problems starting the program. The helpdesk responded quickly and provided tips and tricks that could offer a solution. I could not activate downloaded software. Chatbot immideatley forwarded to a human agent. Tetiana from the support-team helped by manually acitivation. Friendly, excellent and superfast support!

I am 90 years old, have been taking photographs for most of my life and decided in April of this year to give shooting in Raw a chance. After much research I chose Luminar Neo, it's easy to understand and the results you can create with the many Ai sliders are amazing. Bought Luminar AI years ago. Hardly used it. Recently decided to start using it seriously and could not access my account as I could not find my password. Was not able to reset the password as I also was no longer allowed to use my email (long story). Anyway, Olha from the Support Team helped me throughout, including changing my email address in the account section. In the end, got access and decided to be even more serious withe software, so I updated to the Max version. Excellent support. Lot's of patience. Cannot recommend enough.

I had a little problem with Luminar Neo. I could not add presets into the programm. The usual procedures did not work. After contacting the helpdesk, i get within a few minutes, a complete work around instruction. This solved my problem, and there software engineers working at a definitive solution for this.
