I made a mistake during the purchase process and was unable to activate de app. I contacted them thru the chat and there the AI got my data and put me in contact with a live agent who solved my problem in 5 minutes.

Had trouble getting program on laptop, then on iPhone. I sent an email request for help! Staff responded quickly and assisted getting me set up. I think the issue was how I initially logged onto platform.

I contacted them regarding an issue of downloading my license to a new laptop. I had a response within 15 mins setting out the details on how to do it from an agent namely Anastasiia who was clear with her explanation. Would definitely recommend them.

I began using Luminar AI shortly after it was first released and quickly feel in love with it. It made a wonderful addition to my post-processing tools thanks to its ease of use, improved processing features, and user-friendly UI. It held a lot of features but there was room for improvement. That need was answered in spades with the release of Luminar Neo that I quickly incorporated into my workflow. It has lots of new features which I have found to be helpful along with technology upgrades to items like noise reduction and sharpening, et. al. The learning curve is wonderfully short making Neo easy to begin using almost from the get-go.
When I have had the occasional need for support, their customer service has been prompt and attentive to my issues. I recently had a version upgrade failure issue that required a higher level of support. No worries as the support needed arrived within an hour of making the request with a successful solution. It is enjoyable to work with a group so attentive and courteous to the needs of their customers.
I would make one suggestion/recommendation with regard to the noise reduction and sharpening features in Neo. When either feature is engaged, the screen graphics indicating processing is ongoing is a nice touch. However, with larger file sizes, processing can take some time and it would be a nice addition to include some form of progress bar or other indication so that I can get an idea on how long it will be before finishing.

Very good customer service, fast response and they get you in contact with a human operator right away. Something I find rare in this industry. They also keep communication until my issue was fixed.

Luminar Neo is a great product with a super easy UI. Much more user friendly than Lightroom. New users will be up and running in no time. Customer support is excellent and very responsive. The couple of times I contacted support, my issue was solved in less than 24 hours. I highly recommend Skylum products!

The most annoying and retrograde thing about this version is that when I reboot my Windows 11 PC, Luminar Neo always revert to the very first photo of all my files. They say this is normal behaviour. They say you can mark the photo you viewed with stars, favourite, etc but they are put into a separate file; or you can name the photo's ID number, but when you search that photo ID number, the wrong one turns up. This is the most annoying feature of Luminar Neo. They should have an option for getting back to the last photo edited/viewed when I reboot my Windows 11 PC.

Our software can remember where you left off, but after your computer reboots, the default Catalog view will open. As advised by our team, you can indeed use favorite/rejected marking or star ratings to mark the photo. Alternatively, you can rename it. To search by name, type the file name in the search bar and select "All files with 'xxx' in name" search mode. However, I understand that it doesn't completely solve the problem for you. We appreciate your feedback and will try to improve your experience in the future.
I've been using Luminar Neo for a while now and I'm truly impressed by the quality of its RAW processing, especially its HDR Merge feature. I've compared it to other programs, and the HDR results Luminar Neo produces are simply outstanding.
I also really appreciate how easy the program is to learn. It offers powerful editing tools without requiring an overly complex workflow, making photo editing efficient and enjoyable.
Recently, I contacted the support team to give them my detailed feedback on cache management and its interaction with cloud sync services like OneDrive. I informed them of what I believe is an area for improvement for users who manage large photo libraries.
What impressed me most was not only the speed of their response but also that the support team carefully reviewed my comments, acknowledged the issue, and forwarded my suggestions to the development team for evaluation. Regardless of whether these improvements are implemented, this level of customer service speaks volumes about the company and its commitment to user needs.
No software is perfect, and Luminar Neo still has room for improvement in some areas. However, its image quality, HDR capabilities, ease of use, and efficient customer support make it a product I can recommend with complete confidence.

Restoring childhood photos can be difficult. With Luminar Neo it can be very successful! I use a combination of Supersharp, Upscale, Restore. Each picture has a different level of damage requiring a modification of my workflow. Take your time! Such memories, if lost, are not replaceable. Luminar Neo is my go-to app to restore and save childhood memories!
