Helpful Support and a Good Overall Experience
I recently purchased Luminar Neo and have had a positive experience overall. The software is powerful, easy to use, and offers many useful AI-powered editing tools. As a new user, I found the interface intuitive and the results impressive. I also contacted customer support regarding a possible upgrade from my educational desktop license to the Cross-device version. The support team was always polite, professional, and willing to help. They reviewed my case, explained the available options, and respected my final decision. The only area that could be improved is the communication process. Responses sometimes took longer than expected, and there were a few inconsistencies regarding pricing and discount details that required additional clarification. Despite that, the support staff remained friendly and helpful throughout the conversation, and I appreciate the effort they made to find a solution. Overall, I am satisfied with both the software and the customer service, and I look forward to continuing to use Luminar Neo.
