really useful tool, ive used skylum luminar ai long ago when i found that its launching neo..i was eager n now ive found it really worthy n very much useful, i find it useful especially for stacking and merging HDR, the features and masking makes it awesome.

Very good experience with the customer support. I was stuck in activating my program that I bought from a third party seller before. The customer support could help me out in short time, now everything is up and running perfectly.

I switched from Lightroom to Luminar Neo 1.27.0, and I have no regrets. For an amateur photographer, it is the best choice. The AI features work exceptionally well, and they more than satisfy my needs for landscape and architectural photography. One improvement I would particularly welcome is better handling of transparency and reflections, including tools to reduce or eliminate them more effectively. Best regards, Börzsei János

In the past I have only had positive interactions with the Luminar software (Luminar 4 and Luminar AI). That had a great influence in my recent decision to upgrade to a Luminar Neo license and since I had some questions regarding the billing process, I also had my first contact with the Skylum support team. I needed clarification on my Skylum software subscriptions. I used the "Chat" option and was connected to a Skylum Assistant immediately. They were very professional and able to answer my questions with enough details for me to understand. I have used Luminar Neo for many years and have found it to be very "user friendly" as a non-professional.

Luminar Neo software is first rate and whether you are a beginner or an advanced photographer, the user interface is easy to use and very intuitive. All of this enables you to produce some superb results and to continue to develop your skills. It hasn't been that often that I've needed help with Luminar, but when I have, the help has been there pretty quickly and efficiently. I've been an unprofessional but keen amateur for many years with photography as a hobby and it has gradually become a hobby that takes up some time, especially since I've retired. I used software from a company called A..... for many years and it worked, but the price for two or three licenses was significant and the user support was correspondingly small. So my advice to "photo nerds" who haven't seen the light is: CONTACT SKYLEM SOFTWARE! Life is too short to wander around in the dark....

I just love using Luminar and their customer service is excellent. I had a problem and emailed them yesterday expecting a reply in a few days time. I was surprised to receive a reply not long after I had sent my email with instructions on how to resolve the issue. I followed the instructions and my issue was resolved. I was impressed at how quick they replied and resolved my issue.

After a hiatus, I'm in love again with Luminar Neo. Having now more time after retiring, it's nice to have the lifetime edition and be able to go more into using it as part of my workflow. I also paid for some upgrades as I believe the application and addons do provide excellent value for the money, and their support team and customer service is top-notch. In less than 24h they helped me reinstall old presets that I had purchased years ago, big thanks to Kyrylo for the assistance this week! This is a sincere review from a long-time photography hobbyist who appreciates simplicity and innovation in the tools I use.

I saw I could get the Skylum Luminar Neo (Cross-Device Perpetual License) but I just renewed my yearly subscription. I chatted with Olena and Anastasia and got permission to let me purchase the perpetual license. They also gave me a coupon code to make my payment the same as my yearly subscription. Now thanks to their excellent help, I am set up with my PC and IPad Pro. I love my Neo and I get lots of compliments on my pictures thanks to Luminar Neo. I have the ability to turn an ordinary picture into an eye catching picture suitable to hang on my photo wall. I bought Luminaire Neo some time ago with no great expectations that I would use it very much as I have other Photoshop plugins that I use. I couldn’t be further wrong. After using it for a while, I have found Neo to be extremely good. I now use it pretty much all of the time. There are really many aspects of the software that I haven’t even explored yet, but those that I have used have been very powerful. I would totally recommend this software.
