It hasn't been that often that I've needed help with Luminar, but when I have, the help has been there pretty quickly and efficiently. I've been an unprofessional but keen amateur for many years with photography as a hobby and it has gradually become a hobby that takes up some time, especially since I've retired. I used software from a company called A..... for many years and it worked, but the price for two or three licenses was significant and the user support was correspondingly small. So my advice to "photo nerds" who haven't seen the light is: CONTACT SKYLEM SOFTWARE! Life is too short to wander around in the dark....
