I paid for additional skies & received them for 60 days but was promised 12 months. Their program update deleted the skies & luminar/skylum support refuses to reply. Not worth it. Stick with LRcc and Photoshop!
I am really getting frustrated. Every time I have a technical issue they tell me I’ve canceled the service. This is after weeks & weeks of waiting on resolution. Then I ask why I’m being charged? Now the 2nd time & waiting for a response. I’m losing so much time waiting on their technical that might cancel for real!
