Skylum - Luminar
I purchased Luminar on a whim after getting into photography recently, had one issue and felt a single small feature was missing from the app. Contacted Skylum directly to request they hopefully add the one thing I wanted, have to say I was given arguably the best customer service with Alina. Very friendly staff, supportive and so kind with how their emails are actually sent also. Well done Skylum.
