Great Support Team
I recently had a problem in changing my information on my account. So I reached out to the Skyum support. Instantly they acknowledged receiving my request and informed me that they were quite busy so It might take a little extra time to receive a solution. I accepted that and expected a few days until it could be resolved. But I was pleasantly surprised when I received an email from the support team within 24 hours telling me that my problem had been addressed and resolved. So happy I didn’t have jump through hoops to get it done. Thank you so much to the effort and efficiency of the support team. Tricia.
