My interaction with Skylum Support was at a level I didn't think existed in todays world. It was personable, friendly, timely, and solved my issue above and beyond my expectations. I've been tossing around the idea of cancelling my Adobe subscription due to the constant up charging and lack of support and I think this encounter with the Skylum support organization made the decision for me.
