This is nothing more than a scam.
UPDATE
Despite being told on THREE OCCASIONS that a refund had been processed and would be with me in in 5 working days, this company have now sent a screen shot showing the refund was issued 15 minutes ago.
They are liars, cheats and have only refunded because I have persisted.
DO NOT TRUST THEM.
This is nothing more than a scam.
I ordered 3 dresses, when they came, 1 was the correct size, the other 2 were MASSIVE.
This store has repeatedly told me that my refund will be in my bank in 3-5 working days.
I have not received a penny back.
Please do not trust them with your money!
I unfortuneatly had to give them 1 star, they deserve nothing!

Bitterly disappointed in this company.

Ordered 3 dresses, all size L.
I got one dress the correct size, the other 2 were 2xl, and were huge on me.
This company had me jumping through hoops, making me send screen shots, photographs of labels on the dresses, labels on the bags, all very attentive.
Then nothing.
Zilch.
Totally no response from them at all.
On all honesty, if they'd just said, ' we made a mistake, here is a prepaid label for return' I would have been happy.
Mistakes happen. I would have ordered several more items, but this terrible customer service, leaving me out of pocket through no fault of my own is disgraceful.
Be warned - the items are good, the customer service is dire.
