One of my purchased items is faulty
I have been happy with Newfrog until now. I have already e-mailed Newfrog twice in order to let them know that one of the watch's that I have purchased from them is faulty; to date, Newfrog has ignored my emails that tell of the fault with the watch, I hope that I will receive a reply from them because I have purchased several items from them todate!
