Disappointed...but not with the company
I ordered two pairs of contact lenses a little bit over a month ago. I had no issues placing my order. The company does a good job with making things fast and simple. Although, I'm very disappointed because as I just mentioned I ordered them a little bit over a month ago and I still have not received them. I ordered from the U.S., and I had no idea that the FDA would have to release the contact lenses to The U.S. In order to have them delivered. Apparently the FDA has to verify that the product is safe to use, which I repeat I had no idea was a thing. So, if you are ordering from the U.S., do not expect your package to arrive fast. I paid the additional 25 dollars to have the lenses deliver to me within 5 business day and it's been over a month and I'm still waiting. Total bummer.
