Had an issue with my order
Had an issue with my order, was unable to resolve it with Customer service. Apparently only a specific department can fix the issue, and getting a hold of them is a hassle for busy people. Very disappointed that I had to cancel my order and go with a different company. Shouldn't have to call to press a "retry payment" button.
