Absolute con - AVOID THIS COMPANY I bought a dog toy from them and it lasted 30 seconds, after asking for a refund and sending a picture of the defective product they emailed me back stating without sending them a picture of the shipping label they wouldn't refund me... WHAT'S THE SHIPPING LABEL GOT TO DO WITH ANYTHING!!!???? They can clearly see i bought the product and have a photo of the failed item. They are just conning people out of their hard earned money. If I could give 0 stars I would have.
