Pretty responsive to my request
Pretty responsive to my request. Printer had an issue the first day I printed on it and I contacted support via chat. They are closed during my daylight hours so I had to wait until the next day to read a response. The shipped the part out that I needed right away, It took a few days to get the part, which was disppointing. I wanted to print now. It was a new toy. Got the part, it prints great now.
