Paid for overnight delivery (nightmare)
Order entered are reviewed by DJI the following day. DJI takes 2-3 days to set up product to shipment. Package is routed to Japan from China and then delivered to UPS. UPS scans the product package the following day. UPS prepares the package for scanning. The package remains in transit for 2 days until it arrives to Anchorage, AK. The package is then sent to Louisville, KY. When I track the package at UPS they say "Your package is pending release from a government agency. Release of the package to UPS may take up to 10 days". NOTE: DJI sent the package to my previous address (moved 2 years ago). Now I need to pay a fee to make an address change (I already entered when ordering the product). As of today, package is still held in Kentucky. NOTE: Destination is San Antonio, Texas. In summary expect 2+ weeks to receive your order. Make sure you double check address both DJI and UPS tracking.
