Defective tags
I had a terrible time with the tags either breaking or becoming unreadable. I tried to get them to replace the tag for free since I had already paid for 2 that were defective. They offered me 10% off a 3rd tag which was unacceptably. I asked to speak to a supervisor. While waiting on the phone for a supervisor the agent on the phone heard me talking to my chocolate colored Maltipoo. I called the dog “ my Little chocolate girl “. When the supervisor came on the phone she was rude to me because she was told I called the agent a little chocolate girl. Told me they didn’t put up with that abuse. They refunded my money and told me I could. Not do business with them. THIS WAS CRAZY . There was no explaining to them the truth.
