Useless AI - don’t bother emailing “Support”
Usually fine to redeem gift cards, but when there is a problem- there is an awful AI that is completely unhelpful, tells you gift cards are redeemed, when they’re not, then closes tickets, refuses to reopen them, or forward them to a human who may actually be able to be of any help. There is nothing I hate more than badly built customer service AI. God help you if your finger slips and selects the incorrect one - there is no going back!!! I accidentally hit Amazon, instead of the line that expands the options - now apparently I’m stuck with it??!! Thanks for nothing. The gift cards not even been activated and completely unused.
