I received a flash survey e-mail from Deliveroo stating the first 100 responses would receive a £20.00 Tremendous gift card. I was sceptical at first as to its validity but sure enough I was selected and rewarded for my time. I answered a couple of questions about Deliveroo via e-mail and I think it was the next day or so when I received the voucher. Tremendous forwarded my gift card to some shifty Indian company called xoxoday. They kept showing me technical difficulties instead of a gift card. Of course they just strung me along with promises to fix things and lies until the gift card suddenly got cancelled. Tremendous support did nothing to help except send more links to xoxoday that dind't work. So be mindfull which reward you pick as some get forwarded to unreliable third parties that scam you. Luckily the company that awarded me the gift card via tremendous gave me an alternative, but tremendous never fixed anything and shifted blame to others.

They use some stupid ridiculous AI scanner that 99% of the time falsely flags your card and then you cannot use it. This started happening in August and I don't understand what is going on. T-Mobile made a good choice to use "Tremendous" as their reward redemption source. They have an excellent list of redemption options so that there's something for everyone!
I'm writing this review with multiple evidence of this company dishonesty. They were good before, PayPal payment runs smoothly but now all you get is your "payment is delayed" an with no clue on when it will be available, when I chatted them no reply, and this is weeks now. It's unfortunate that a reputable company like tremendous would be so disappointing.

They have started delaying payment to Paypal account, they were not like this before but all of a sudden, they delays your reward, and I am yet to get it for weeks. I can assure you that this is done randomly and intentionally.
Easy to earn and cash out but is not easy to use. I would love store/Amazon card or be able to load amount onto my Amazon account but you cannot do that with these pre-paid cards. Have forgotten to print and use it at store as I cant us it online and may wind up not utilizing this reward
