They sometimes use third parties that don't give a reward
Tremendous forwarded my gift card to some shifty Indian company called xoxoday. They kept showing me technical difficulties instead of a gift card. Of course they just strung me along with promises to fix things and lies until the gift card suddenly got cancelled. Tremendous support did nothing to help except send more links to xoxoday that dind't work. So be mindfull which reward you pick as some get forwarded to unreliable third parties that scam you. Luckily the company that awarded me the gift card via tremendous gave me an alternative, but tremendous never fixed anything and shifted blame to others.
