Awful customer service
Redditch branch- shambles - unhelpful staff. Took a prescription in on my phone expecting to be able to email it to them and they would only accept a printed copy no flexibility no help just ‘we can only accept a printed version’ no customer service at all. They call the day before to make sure you’re attending and then waste the appointment. Rubbish
