Excellent service. I telephoned JIM PARKER and he was very professional and helpful.I arrived at my hotel only to find I had booked it for 2025 and not this year. He could not have been any more helpful to assist in cancelling my reservation and issuing a refund .I was so grateful and would highly recommend more rooms to anyone and I will be booking with them now for each reservation in the future. Thank you Jim!
