Will not be using again
Very disappointed with this company and won't ever use them again. An order placed within the Christmas order deadline date has still failed to arrive. Several attempts to get this sorted via customer service resulted in them assuring me each time that the order was on its way. I have checked again today only to find the order has been cancelled as it is out of stock. Very poor service. Update 16th January After informing me that the item was out of stock and my order was cancelled, they sent it anyway but then closed my account "due to inactivity" so I am unable to process returns or check account charges. The telephone helpline is appalling. They keep you on silent hold for several minutes at a time whilst they claim to be sorting out the problem (which they fail to do!) I have tried sending an e mail. An automated reply states that a member of the team will respond within two days. I am now on day 3 and I have heard nothing. AVOID this company.
