Aventon customer service gets 5 stars. I emailed a concern I had with our displays being compromised because we had not been informed by either the bike shop where we bought our e-bike or in the owner manual to remove the film. We didn’t know they were still on! With our warranty expired but Aventon replaced both of our display as a one time curtesy!
