We are both 6’ tall and will probably have to get an adapter to adjust handlebars ( would be nice if they were already adjustable).

My Order was received very quick. Bikes were packed well and the instructions for set up were straightforward. The materials and components on the bikes are top of the line in the industry. Very nice experience.
Within the first 5 months, the rear motor hub failed. Aventon sent me a replacement 2 weeks later. I installed it and rode fine for about 2 months. Then the battery lock failed, which made the bike rideable only in manual until I received a replacement. The kickstand lock also failed, which meant I couldnt ride anywhere and keep the bike from being stolen. Upon requesting service, they sent me the wrong parts. They admitted they sent me the wrong part and "overnights" it, which took 2 weeks. That part was installed, but it did not solve the issue--the bike turns on for only a second, then it beeps and tries to lock itself randomly every hour or so. I had to manually remove the battery again. Now I'm going to take it to local shop in the hopes they have the know-how and parts on hand to fix whatevers wrong with it, and pray that aventon will cover the warranty. Ive had the bike for 8 months and have been unable to use it because of technical issues for 3 months.
My wife and I bought two PACE 5 REC Step-through ebikes. We have put over 200 miles on these riding the local rail-to-trail, which Indiana has quite a few of. These bikes are amazing. I've ridden a non-electric road bike for several decades. With these my wife and I can bike together, no matter which bike I ride (non-e or ebike). The accelerator button is a great feature when you need to cross a road and starting from a stop, or when you need to make uphill more fun. These ebikes make biking so much more fun!

i found out u pay a little more for quality from deliver to assembly on the $$& it was awesome to work on the assembly of the 2 level 3 bikes i orders and all parts and procedures were perfect! i ordered the bike rack and the same experience…. took em to the keys used them for3 mos and returned to NY…not a hitch! must installed the extended handle bar on my bike and again EZ Peezy if your lookin….just pull the trigger ray cole
It is the perfect bike for my teen that isn't the strongest or mosy confident. A great, relatively lightweight bike that makes them feel confident and safe. it's very ridable without engaging power unlike some heavier bikes. If you are ordering online and planning to assemble, the reason i gave 4 stars and not five is that the assmbly video doesn't match up with how the bike comes. supoort can't do a video call, the wiring connections weren't as obvious as they have been in every other case i've had to connect wires, and so i had to take bike to dealer to get it running properly. thankfully, there was a dealer close by. this was the third ebike i assembled but the first one i needed help with.
Customer support was amazing! Very pleasant to work with and extremely helpful. We love our Level 3s. So much fun to ride.
