This is my first electric bike. The Warrior M530 Pro is great. It is a little heavy than I expected. You feel the weight when in the lower power assist. However when you bump up the power it is great. I am 61 years old and ride it to and from work. The only negative thing I have to say is it took a while to get it after ordering as they were back ordered. However once they said it was shipped it only took a couple days. I would and have recommend Freesky highly. I would definitely purchase from them again.

78 year old guy here. I'm very happy with my Freesky Warrior pro! I have 200 miles on my bike mostly in the bush. It is easy to ride and it is quite the thrill to enjage both motors , unlocking the speed and letting her rip up a hill!

Fantastic Machine
Where do i start really. I am 59, 240lbs 6ft and a long time sufferer with weight and mental health. Had the usual E bikes but serious lack of power so I did my research owing to the fact that i live in a massive Valley in Somerset UK and Freesky came out on top. the bike for me was the Swift Horse Ultra 6x E.
Now this is what you call a bike with the crown set forks and the weight of the bike you instantly feel you are on a motorbike and most of all safe. First bike with wide tires and what a revelation i will never go back to standard width and for the first time in 50years i can ride no handed due to balance issues but they have gone now. Power is fantastic in UK compliance mode i use assist level 2 with 3 for the steepest climbs and real world figures are outstanding 78 miles over 2 days many hills and up and down Ashton Court bike trails using only two bars of battery. fyi 255 miles over 5 days all i changed was the saddle. 5Stars indeed

The bike is really good—it rides fast and the battery lasts a long time. The fastest I’ve managed to get it up to is 70 km/h. The suspension is genuinely high-quality and comfortable.
After 4,000 miles, I did have some issues with the nylon gears, but Carl was very quick to help, and replacing them was no problem at all.
Highly recommended!

Bought this bike last year; Love it!! After several outings we noticed a few items that weren’t quite right. All we did was contact customer service and they walked us through how to reset and fix the issue! this time around; told them about the brakes and They were so pleasant, helpful and easy to follow on how to correct the issue

Awesome Customer Service
Customer service is awesome for the Freesky Company. My son decided to borrow my Freesky Alaska, break rear linkage on the frame, snapped the hub motor wires. Totally bummed thought the bike was a gonner, Called customer support talked to Horlan may say is a great customer support employee, told home my situation and without hesitation, just had to give him some information about my bike, after that he said the parts are ordered and will sent. Recieved them about a week or two later, installed and now I am charging again. Great Company

The fact that this new M-540 Freesky is equipped with the rear suspension spring relocated behind the seat post is perfect. For me this is a reel game changer because this gives me much better access by getting on and off the bike. The new relocated suspension is easily adjustable is a plus. Also by having much more power it becomes very interesting climbing bigger hills.
After making over 400 km so far with this new bike, I can confirm that I really appreciate the design and the high performance of this new fat bike.
