Great company
Great company. Quality products !
Great and easy to use features on this bike
I enjoy using it in torque mode. Also very easy to peddle on flat ground using no power assistance. It’s great to have it give me an estimate on miles left on the battery depending what level of assistance I am using. Throttle is very smooth in acceleration. Battery removal ind install is easy. Also love that I can lock the rear wheel when I turn the display off. Lastly using a code to unlock the display and back wheel is a huge added bonus. So many great features on this bike
Replacement parts no questions asked
I was having an issue with my front brake making a rubbing sound, sent an email about it not expecting much, much less an almost immediate response. Cody was on it quickly, asking me what was happening and for pictures. Next day or so I get another email saying the parts(at no charge I might add) are on the way and that the installation would be reimbursed as well. Top notch customer service for a top notch bike!
Love my Adventure M
Love my Adventure M, my wife loves her Step through Level 3 hub drive bike. I have a fantastic dealer that is super knowledgeable about the Adventon product. I've bought at least 20 brand new high end bikes during my life, These bikes are an incredible value for the money.
Setup Instructions Leave a bit to be Desired
The i structures are not thorough enough. The video and manual did not have the instructions for handlebar installation correct based on how the handlebars came in the box. Also included were reflectors that you gave no instruction on installation. There was also extra package of items that tou did not explain what they are. I Googled and found put they were extra accessories. Also do not explain. That the holes on back amd front are for optional bike fenders.
Called Aventon
Called Aventon, they ordered the parts I needed and even though part of the order was delivered to my address wrong, they reordered it immediately and I received them both quickly. OH and did I say I love my Rec 4? Very happy with my choice.
Level 4REC
I bought my level 4REC from Phil‘s bicycle world in Florence South Carolina. Great service great product would highly recommend. I love this bike. I’ve ridden it to work every day since I got it.

Loved my 4 yr old level 2 so I just bought the level 4 im enjoying it so far my only dissapointment is the charging port being low and on underside of bike. I liked it up high snd on the side like the level 2 had. Skso I wish the front tire came with a quick disconnect thru axle. Other thsn thst I love the features look and power compared to the old bike. I hope it get another 7000 mikes from this one in 4 yrs.

Had a small issue…. They made it smaller
Had a small issue with the motor on my Level 4 Rec. Took a video capturing the sound and showing and the support team immediately sent out a replacement quickly. Had 1400km on the bike when the issue became apparent and have put on another 300 since the repair. Not bad considering I only purchased the bike in June. A wonderful experience despite the failure and I have become a huge fan of Aventon bikes and their support!

Aventure color display
Purchased color display to replace original after 11,000 miles. New one started to have imperfections in screen which obscured my view of important info. Aventon prompty sent me a new one. Great customer service. I highly recommend the brand.
