First and foremost, the bike is top-notch quality is awesome. Secondly, it was missing one little screw and they got a replacement pack out to me right away. Definitely recommend using them. This is the second bike we bought from them.

I had lost my key for the battery removal and went for months just charging it on the bike. I feared high replacement cost, probably needing to contact the store and match serial numbers for a new key, etc. After a quick internet search (finally) I found out that I can't get a new key made, I had to buy a full replacement lock assembly. Great, I thought. This is going to be even more expensive that I had feared. Went to the Aventon site and found that the exact replacement was $20.99. What a pleasant surprise. Shipped right to my door and works perfectly. So, it turns out that I might be an idiot. Luckily Aventon is not.

The Adventure 3 reminds me of my first Apple Mac… Well thought out, intuitive and solid. It’s well designed and executed with innovative features like track my bike and rear wheel lock. Even the bike packaging and App are first rate. Overall a solid bike.

My new A3 is rock solid and built like a tank. ECO mode provides the blend of assistance and exercise. Added the Aventon phone mount, bell, and quick release rack bag all being high quality. I am extremely satisfied with the A3 and all accessories. Also love the bike/app integration.

Aventon customer service is awesome! My item was lost in transit by the delivery agency. I contacted customer service and provided tracking information and asked what my next step was. Aventon immediately sent the replacement without question. What a relief that I didn't need to take care of things myself.

I was turned onto Aventon by a bike dealer in my area. He claimed it was the best one on the market at this time, and I trusted him. I was not disappointed. The ride is smooth as butter, the suspension is excellent, and being able to switch over to electric assist when my legs get too tired to pump is awesome. I now ride farther than I used to just for the sake of seeing what is out there on the trails and roads. The range is a bit shorter than advertised after about 3 weeks of riding (advertised 65 miles real miles closer to 58.4) but I chalk that up to my riding style more than anything else. And I am not riding for even 30 miles in a given day, so this is a non-issue for me.

The mirror instructions for installing were horrible. The bike chain is so heavy and I have no idea where it should be kept on the bike.

I ordered my bike online and it came quickly. My husband assembled it quite easily. It was a little tricky getting it all set up on Bluetooth but it worked eventually! Love the color and will order more accessories.
