I have a Level model. Original. After 5 years display stopped showing battery depletion. At Aventon suggestion, ordered and installed new color display. Works perfectly. Phone help was very supportive. Dealer in Bangor Maine, Slipping Gears, also great to work with.

After comparison shopping I chose the aventue3. I inquired about a veterans discount and learned they had one I felt was pretty good so I ordered the bike. A day after ordering the bike went on sale so I contacted customer service to see if they would honor the sales price for me. Without hesitation he said absolutely, and not only that but they would also send me a high quality lock. I haven’t had my bike long but so far I’m over the moon in love with this bike.

My Aventon Soltera is a great bike except on grades higher than 18 degrees - there is no viable TURBO charge and as a San Franciscan I do not suggest it.

We finally received our new Pace 5 eBikes and we absolutely love them!!! Comfortable and easy to use. Couldnt be happier with our decision to just look online and purchase....had some shipping hiccups but I guess with what we have we are super pleased

Recently purchased two (2) Rack-Top Bags with Quick-Release Adapters for our Level 3 Bikes. These bags fit our bikes perfectly and the quick-release feature is really nice. When we first considered this purchase, the bags were “out-of-stock”. Aventon alerted us when they were back “ in-stock”. Glad we waited!!! Thanks Aventon!

Aventon customer service gets 5 stars.
I emailed a concern I had with our displays being compromised because we had not been informed by either the bike shop where we bought our e-bike or in the owner manual to remove the film. We didn’t know they were still on!
With our warranty expired but Aventon replaced both of our display as a one time curtesy!

As a rider of an ultralight carbon road bike, I originally bought the Soltera 3 for guests to use. After riding it every day this week, I may have to buy a second one for my guests. It rides and handles just like a road bike, but I can ride faster, travel farther, or arrive fresher. On flat ground, I can easily pedal 14 to 16 mph unassisted. In eco mode, I can go 17 to 19 mph with the same effort, and can exceed 20 mph by pedaling faster. Sport and turbo modes allow me to conquer hills or stiff headwinds. The integrated lights and turn signals are a nice bonus.

When we ran into a problem with one of our battery's, I contacted Aventon's online support and got an quick response that acknowledged they received my reaching out. Then the interactions, were promt, professional and they replaced my battery under warranty and even covered the shipping. The Aventon current ADV that I received runs flawlessly although there is a clicking noise in the motor. I did reach out to Aventon and was told this is a normal noise that some of the bikes have probably due to free play in the gears. Customer service was extremely helpful in trying to figure out and replicate the noise coming from my bike with bikes in their office. I would recommend this aventon to anyone.

I needed a copy of my purchase of over two years ago and was able together from Adventon within minutes. I had wasted over 3 hours at home looking in boxes of stuff to no avail. Ned was very good in getting it to me by email within minutes. Great company support and the Products are outstanding. Leaps ahead of other Bikes.

Love the bike but it was missing the headlight I contacted aventon and they sent me a headlight but the bracket holding it to the bike is also missing and they won’t send me the bracket so it’s impossible to mount the headlight.
