I would buy here again, no problem

1) easy accurate web site 2) fast and reliable shipping 3) easy to assemble, yes it is heavy 4) the speeds is exactly as advertised, torque is what I expected.. perfect for wheelies in high mode. 5) fast and helpful support This is actually good bike and a good company. I easily recommend this Haybike Villan. It’s not a motorcross monster, it’s a fun off-road bike

Bought (2) of the Heybike Mars models.

Bought (2) of the Heybike Mars models. (Over $2000.00 worth!) At first, they were great… Then the battery died on the first one, and would not charge. They said I needed a new battery, at a cost of over $300.00 !!! Thats 1/3the cost of the Bike !!! Bought the new battery, and it lasts about 1/2 the amount. Of the first battery, with a full charge. Now the battery on the second bike is gone !!!! It will charge, and get me about 2 blocks away, then dies completely. Charge it up, saying full charge, and dies after 2 blocks… Wish I had bought from a different company…

Intentionally dragged out support emails to deny a refund on a broken bike

I bought a brand new Heybike that had a dead battery right out of the box. Customer service intentionally stalled the troubleshooting process—taking 24+ hours to respond to every single routine email—purposely running out the clock until the 14-day mark passed. Once their technical team finally confirmed the battery was defective, they admitted the replacement part is out of stock until the end of August. When I asked to return the bike for a full refund, they refused—hiding behind the 14-day return window that they dragged out themselves. They offered a $100 band-aid payment to leave me sitting on a $1,000+ paperweight for months. Do not buy from a company that weaponizes slow support response times to void your warranty rights.

BEWARE OF THEIR OPERATIONS!!!!

I researched e-bike mfgs.Heybike I feel was one of best, continuous improvements, good selection, ability to change speed to fit your needs through the app.ORDERING THROUGH THEIR WEBSITE IS NOT ACCEPTABLE! THEIR WEBSITE OFFERED A NEW BIKE ALONG WITH A REFURBISHED BIKE FOR A DISCOUNTED PRICE.After making the purchase in full .Recieved an e- mail that the refurbished bike was out of stock and not available. I expressed my disappointment that they are advertising this deal knowing the bike is not available but still advertising it.They say their people who update inventory don't work weekends. So after letting me know this .They are still advertising this deal knowing there are none available!REALLY? Other websites offer some of the heybikes cheaper than their own website. There delivery is not what they advertised. Buy one you will see.! After letting me know of me being very disappointed they offered a replacement( new but not same comparable product) I wanted a 3.0 bike. They offered a new 2.0 bike that is not comparable to what I ordered.Ask for a refund which they approved but said it could take up to two weeks for me to get it back.Took my money in a heartbeat.AGAIN REALLY? IF THATS GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE ITS NOT! Heybike company is not what I expected.A quality product with terrible service...customer and delivery. Appears to me their are very DECEIVING!!!!! BE AWARE

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Absolutely Loving My Heybike Mars…

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Absolutely Loving My Heybike Mars 3.0! After just two days of ownership, I’ve already put almost 70 miles on my Heybike Mars 3.0, and that alone should say something about how much I’m enjoying it. I’m 6’1” and around 290 pounds, and this bike has exceeded my expectations. The throttle is responsive and punchy, accelerating smoothly and giving me plenty of confidence when pulling away from stops or climbing hills. It carries my weight without feeling underpowered, even on inclines. So far I’ve ridden on paved roads, gravel paths, and dirt trails, and the Mars 3.0 has handled all of them with ease. It feels stable, comfortable, and inspires confidence no matter what surface I’m riding on. The battery life has been outstanding. Even after covering nearly 70 miles over two days, I’ve been impressed with how efficiently it uses power. That gives me confidence to take longer rides without constantly worrying about running out of charge. The build quality is excellent, everything feels solid and well put together, and the bike has been a blast to ride from day one. I find myself looking for excuses to get out and ride. If you’re considering the Heybike Mars 3.0, I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it. It’s comfortable, capable, powerful, and an incredible value for the money. I’m looking forward to many more miles on it!

I Love the Ranger 3.0 pro

I Love the Ranger 3.0 pro. It was easy to put together, although there were no instructions included. It has great suspension for a folding bike. The paint job on it looks clean and polished. I didn't receive the free pet basket and rear basket, but that was due to the flash sale. Other than that this ebike is really nice, and something I'll use a lot.

I ordered the Heybike Venus for my…birthday

I ordered the Heybike Venus for my birthday. I put it together myself with the help of the video. I was feeling pretty pleased with myself and took it for a spin. Overall initial impressions were positive. Unfortunately as I rode over a bump on the street I heard something drop off and hit the ground. It was the latch for the battery cover. I was able to find it but I can’t figure out how to reattach. It doesn’t impede the use of the bike but I need to fix it somehow. I also had to readjust the front wheel alignment because it was rubbing a bit. I seemed to have fixed that. The simple turn on and go was easy to adapt to. The turn signals are a bit awkward and I probably won’t use them that much. The gears switch easily. I then noticed on my next ride- luckily before- that the stem was loose and the front wheel was moving if I held the handlebars. I need to find and tighten the correct bits, but I don’t thing this was something that was part of the setup so possibly came loose from the factory. The box was quite damaged upon arrival with a hole in the side. The size is good for me, a shorter person, with short arms who often has struggled to be comfortable on a bike . I appreciate the adjustments you can make with the angles of handlebars. I haven’t reached out to Heybike yet for customer service re the battery cover or who I could take the bike to locally. One place in my small town said they don’t work on them, and a place that originally was listed on the website said no longer in business. Another place said they could take a look at it, so I am hoping I can rectify the stem issue, and the battery panel. Charging was easy and I like the idea of being able to remove the battery to charge inside or take inside if temps get cold. The e assist is very helpful on hills and to ensure you don’t get too sweaty on commutes.

Great starter e-bike

I got the Heybike Cityscape 2.0 a few weeks ago from Amazon. It meets exactly my needs as far as an e-bike goes. I love the easy access to the pedal assist controls and its been a lifesaver for my biking experience. It took my husband and I a bit over an hour to set-up. We alternated between the instruction manual and video tutorials. Even though it wasn't in the instructions, we unscrewed the mudflap to put on the chain. The controls for the pedal-assist don't match the instruction manual exactly, but you can figure it out online or intuitively. I've been having a great time riding the bike, its pedal-assist is really responsive. The battery life is great. I did over 40 km over a few rides, and the battery didn't even fall below 68%. I really love this bike and would highly recommend it to people who are starting off with e-bikes.

Defective Product-Very Poor Customer Service

A defective product is disappointing. A company that acknowledges the defect and still fails to resolve it is unacceptable. We purchased a brand-new Heybike. Within two days, the battery failed and would no longer charge. To Heybike's credit, their support team confirmed that the battery is defective and that it is a warranty issue. At that point, I expected the replacement process to be straightforward. Instead, our claim has remained "under review" with no explanation, no timeline, and no meaningful communication. Multiple follow-ups have resulted in the same response: they cannot explain why the replacement has not been approved or when it will be. We are now left with a brand-new e-bike that cannot be ridden, despite the manufacturer acknowledging that the failure was due to a defective battery supplied with the bike. Manufacturing defects happen. That isn't what this review is about. This review is about how Heybike handles those defects. In our experience, there has been no sense of urgency, no ownership of the issue, and no effort to provide a reasonable resolution for a customer who received a defective product. When a company confirms that a product was shipped with a defective component, replacing it should not require an indefinite warranty review. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend Heybike. A warranty is only as good as the company's willingness to stand behind it. I will gladly update this review if and when Heybike resolves this matter promptly and fairly.

Mar's e-bike

My husband and I enjoy using our Mars e-bikes. We ride/pedal into town for dinner or to Sunday's farmers market. The ride is smooth and goes a speed I enjoy. The best parts of the Mars e-bike is the tires (wide enough not to worry about gravel on the street) and able to take a rest from pedaling when tired. On Forth of July we used our Mars e-bikes to go into town for the parade which was very convent.

This is a declaration of the absolute truth about the Heybike Tyson

This is my official submission to the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC). ------------------------------ ## U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC) Product Safety Report## 1. PRODUCT IDENTIFICATION * Product Category: Sports & Recreation / Transportation * Product Type: Electric Bicycle (E-Bike) * Manufacturer: Heybike Ltd. * Brand / Model Name: Heybike Tyson (Magnesium-Alloy Folding Fat-Tire E-Bike) * Model Year: 2023–2026 * Product Color: Gold and Black. It continues to be under played email me for further instructions it needs to be full refund any bills payed to fix or etc. Or a upgraded bike of your choice full warranty. No hassles i mean because what are your doctor bills and what is your pain and suffering worth doing million dollar company that doesn't care because they're making two grand on the 49.99 bike out of China that they PATENTED. ## 2. DESCRIPTION OF THE SAFETY HAZARD & INCIDENT The Heybike Tyson e-bike suffers from severe, systemic manufacturing and structural defects that create an immediate risk of catastrophic mechanical failure, vehicular crash, and physical injury during standard operation. On this unit, which has less than 500 total miles on the odometer, multiple structural and mechanical components failed rapidly under normal operating conditions: 1. Structural Frame Fracture: A severe structural crack has developed directly in the main magnesium-alloy folding frame. The fracture originates at the central folding hinge assembly and is actively migrating upward over the internal lithium-ion battery compartment. . This compromises the structural integrity of the main frame spine, posing an immediate risk of the bike snapping in half while in motion. (There is documentation of this all over many sites having to do with ebikes.) 2. Rear Suspension & Swing Arm Collapse: At approximately 320 miles, the rear swing arm assembly experienced a total structural failure. The stock factory bushings and bearings completely disintegrated and sheared, causing the rear wheel assembly to become completely loose, unstable, and misaligned. 3. Drive-Train Shell & Hub Failure: At approximately 300 miles, the internal planetary gears within the 750W rear hub motor assembly completely shattered into pieces under standard operating stress. 4. Auxiliary Electrical Shorting: The integrated electrical system has shorted out, causing ongoing failures with the safety lighting system, alongside severe cell degradation in the main battery management system. ## 3. MANUFACTURER MISREPRESENTATION & ENGINEERING INADEQUACY The manufacturer explicitly markets, labels, and sells this vehicle with a rated payload capacity of 400 pounds. However, engineering assessments from custom builders and e-bike technical teardowns confirm that the stock factory components are structurally incapable of sustaining these loads. To safely support a real-world dynamic load near the advertised limit, the rear architecture requires solid bronze or stainless steel bushings and an upgraded heavy-duty coil spring shock assembly (such as an 805 coil spring). Shipping the vehicle with low-grade, soft factory bushings creates an inherent mechanical hazard. Furthermore, aggregated consumer metadata from public consumer registries and e-bike enthusiast spaces indicates a widespread trend where the internal planetary gears explode or the hub motors suffer total failure under weight loads well under 300 pounds. The advertised 400 lb weight limit is a dangerous misrepresentation that encourages consumers to load the bike to weights that trigger sudden mechanical and structural collapse. ## 4. INCIDENT DETAILS & IMPACT * Was there an injury? (No not to me!!) , but the structural frame cracking and rear-wheel destabilization create an imminent, high-probability risk of a high-speed crash and severe bodily injury. * Has the manufacturer been notified? Yes, a formal demand for legal remedy has been issued to Heybike Ltd. regarding their breach of the Implied Warranty of Merchantability. * Remedy Sought: A formal CPSC engineering review of the Heybike Tyson magnesium folding frame hinge and internal hub components to evaluate the necessity of a public safety recall. -------------------------------- This is all damage with less then 400 miles documented on your heybike app documenting my rides. I know these bikes inside and out now. Close-up photos of the frame crack running over the battery, the odometer reading under 500 miles,

I purchased a Heybike Cityscape 2.0…

I purchased a Heybike Cityscape 2.0 from Amazon and took delivery in early March 2025. I initially was reluctant to buy a bike online. When I received the bike, the assembly was easy and it was ride ready in under an hour. I have had an amazing first year of ownership and love my Cityscape. The Heybike customer support has been fantastic answering all my questions and providing any information requested. To date I have logged Over 6000 miles(10000 kilometers) of pure enjoyment, the bike seems to get even better the more I ride. This is a well designed and built bike. I keep it well maintained and serviced and have the excellent support of my preferred local bike shop. Along the way it receives many complements from other riders. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND the Heybike Cityscape 2.0 to anyone I meet and given the opportunity I'd buy it all over again. Happy Riding

Negative star review

I have been trying to resolve the same issue with my Heybike for over a year, and it still has not been fixed. I reported the problem while the bike was still under warranty and have a complete email history documenting it. From that point on, I followed every troubleshooting step their support team requested. I reset the display, restored the bike to factory settings, replaced the battery, replaced the battery connector, took the bike to a repair shop, and provided videos and updates whenever they asked. At one point, I was even told to go to my neighbor’s house to borrow a multimeter to troubleshoot the bike. Instead, I took the bike to a repair shop because that request was unreasonable. Because this bike was purchased for my business to allow someone to distribute flyers, I ultimately had to purchase another bike so my business could continue operating while this warranty claim dragged on. I also informed Heybike that I would be out of New York for work until April, and they agreed that I could continue the troubleshooting process when I returned. As soon as I got back, I resumed following every instruction they gave me. Now, after more than a year of emails and troubleshooting, I am being told to purchase additional replacement parts because the warranty has expired. The problem is that this is the exact same issue I originally reported while the bike was under warranty. I do not believe a customer should lose warranty coverage simply because the company’s troubleshooting process took over a year. I also filed a Better Business Bureau complaint regarding this issue and never received a response. My frustration is not with the bike itself—it’s with how this warranty claim has been handled. I have over a year’s worth of emails documenting this entire situation, yet instead of honoring the original warranty claim, I am now being asked to continue paying for parts to troubleshoot the same unresolved defect.

I’m extremely happy with my Heybike…

I’m extremely happy with my Heybike Mars 3.0. The bike is powerful, comfortable, and very well built. It rides smoothly, feels solid, and has exceeded my expectations. I also want to thank the Heybike customer service team for their excellent support. They were always friendly, professional, and quick to respond, making the whole experience even better. It’s rare to find a company that offers both a great product and such outstanding customer service. After this experience, I would definitely recommend Heybike to my friends and family. Thank you for making customer satisfaction a priority!

Do NOT do business with this company

Do NOT do business with this company! I have been trying to get my credit for a bike I canceled almost 2 months ago. They canceled it but have yet to send me my refund. I sent another email 2 weeks ago and they said they had just processed my refund minus 5% which is crazy because the bike never shipped. I still have not received my refund. Buyer beware! They steal your money!

A Rocky Start, But Outstanding Customer Support

We got the Heybike Villain a few weeks ago and honestly the bike itself has been great. Only issue was the charger died after our very first charge, which was a bummer right out of the gate. But Heybike's customer service actually impressed us, they helped us track down what went wrong, and since their chargers were out of stock, they reimbursed us for a new one and also will be sending us one of their own once it comes back in stock, so we weren't stuck waiting. Stuff breaks sometimes, that's just how it goes with any product. What matters is how a company handles it, and Heybike handled it well. Quick to respond, easy to work with, and they clearly cared about getting it right for us rather than just moving on to the next customer. Would buy from them again. If you're on the fence about the Villain, don't let the charger thing scare you off, this is a company that actually backs up what they sell.
