I would recommend Heybike to anyone looking for a versatile exciting and good looking E-bike. The order and shipping process was easy and flawless. The Ranger 3.0 Pro that I purchased is a great value for anyone looking for an E-bike. The Ranger 3.0 Pro has great range with several different rider settings for any ride whether you’re riding asphalt, gravel, sand, grass etc.
I recently bought Heybike Mars 3.0. in May 2026 as I needed a bike to take with me camping. I needed one that can be folded and handle trails. Most important I needed a bike that was UL 2849 standard, and its removable lithium-ion battery meets the UL 2271 standard for safety. Love the bike. Lots of power and very comfortable. Just be careful when you use the throttle from standing position. Now some quirks I experienced. It was challenging to put the handle bars on because there were no instructions. Youtube helped. There is a cap that prevents you from putting the handlebars. Once you remove the top cap and the metal sleeve, the handlebar fits nicely. Make sure you put the cap back on to secure the handlebars. I find when riding the bike, it makes noises. The rear brake pads seem to be touching the rim in some places. I will need to adjust them. When I hit bumps, I hear squeaking but I can't figure out if its the seat or suspension. I will ride the bike some more and see what needs to be tweaked. If you bought the bike in Canada, you need to contact support with .com address and not .ca. So far customer service seems to be responsive. Get response within a day or 2. In summary I will still recommend the bike. It is amazing bike, lots of power, and very comfortable.
Bought two Ranger S bikes. Packing was good and were delivered with no problems. Bikes so far have been great. One bikes motor, in hub seems to be slightly noisy. Hopefully it will not cause problems in future.
My husband and I recently retired and bought Heybike e‑bikes to take on our camping trips. The Ranger and Ranger S are sturdy, stylish, and easy to transport thanks to their folding design. The cruiser-style seats are wide and comfortable, and the step‑thru frame makes mounting and stopping simple and safe. They have plenty of power for tougher rides, and the fat tires give us confidence on any terrain. The assembly was pretty straight forward, and Heybike Support answered our questions about the motor controllers quickly and clearly. Our first, we were able to cruise up and down beach with ease - and we couldn’t be happier.
We purchased two Heybike Ranger 3.0 Pro e-bikes on May 27th. Shipping was fast, and both bikes arrived well-packaged. Assembly was easy with two people, and we’ve been riding them almost daily since arrival. They are really fun to ride. Unfortunately, we began noticing issues right away. Both bikes have difficulty shifting into lower gears, though they perform fine in 5th gear and above—suggesting a needed adjustment out of the box. Since we were enjoying riding them, we have been ignoring the issue and just using the upper gears. More serious concerns developed with one bike: The white Heybike rear light stays on even when the bike is powered off, draining the battery. The display is different from the second bike, with different settings and no “auto lamp” option. The working bike’s display is labeled “Ranger 3.0,” while the problematic one is not, suggesting it may have the wrong or older component installed. We also observed inconsistent functionality: The horn can be activated while powered off on one bike, but not on the other. Customer service has been very frustrating. Since our initial call, all communication has been through email with long delays (often several hours or a day between replies). We’ve provided photos and videos, but after three days, the issues remain unresolved. Overall, this experience has been disappointing. The inconsistent components raise concerns about quality control, and customer service has been slow and ineffective. Based on our experience, we would not recommend Heybike.

Bikes were as described, met all expectations. Delivered right to my door without damage. Instructions with provided tools made assembly go smoothly. I’m a 76 year old female and my e-bike makes the hills in Tennessee manageable. Would highly recommend this bike for all ages.

The durability of the heybike Mars 2.0 is unreal. The speed is really something else too. I also like the fat tires which can go over most bumps and curbs, really comes in handy when getting out of the way of obstacles along the road. Being able to service your bike yourself through the site with step by step guidance is also top notch. I will definitely tell family n friends how great you all are😍.

I ordered a Heybike Venus on the internet. It took me a month to finish the assembly. I put about 160 miles while finishing up the bike construction. It came in three boxes: the first box contained a mostly constructed and tools. The second box contained fenders and a rear rack. The third box contained a metal basket that is attached to the top of the rear rack. As a senior citizen, I have been an avid push bike rider for many decades. This was my first pedal-assist bike. I was attracted by the bike's looks, range, and low price. It looks like a regular bike except that it has a step through frame, a motor and a battery. It weighs about 50 pounds. There are several helpful features for older riders with sore knees but operates just like a regular pedal bike. I intended to pedal for exercise, both on road an on a local rail trail. It came with lights, robust tires, a comfortable seat and controls (breaks, gear shifter, and a motor for a little help on hills. I purchased a longer seat post from Amazon because the factory-supplied seat post was too small for my 6'2" height. There are five pedal assist levels, 8 rings on the rear cassette, and three levels of assist: ECO, modest pedal assist, and full 28 mph for level ground travel. I generally use ECO, one of the smaller rear chain rings and pedal assist level 4 ( one less that then highest level). I get 30-35-miles on about one quarter charge (at least a 100 mile range). It takes over four hours to recharge to 100% which I do overnight, letting the system decide when the charge is complete. The Venus can be charged without removing the battery. While it is possible to let the bike do all the pedaling, I wanted exercise. I work up a sweat after a typical 30-35 mile ride. My knees don't complain. I have contacted customer support with questions and received fast help. Assembly instructions are YouTube videos. There is very little in words or diagrams aside from customer support, The Venus seems strong and durable and definitely adds a dash of fun for my riding. My average speed on a "skinny tire" push bike is typically 12 mph and is closer to 15 mph on the Venus.
I purchased a Cityrun May 6, 2026 and ordered an accessory front basket on or about June 3, 2026. My opinions: The bike is very sturdy. The build quality is quite good. I was especially impressed by the welding. Nice overlapping “dimes”. The video instructions go through assembly steps quickly. For anyone with mechanical aptitude it isn’t all that difficult, but requires some figuring out. Anyone without wrench-twisting experience it could be daunting. I recommended to Heybike that they make the assembly video longer, with more detail. Heybike has a strict return policy. Returns are accepted only if there is a defect in manufacturing. I had an issue with the accessory front basket that was not a manufacturing defect. After posting that here, customer support quickly reached out to me, came up with a satisfactory solution, and advised that the management team would be discussing their policy. I appreciate a company that responds to its customers. Overall, I can now report my experience has been positive.

I had very minor issues with the e-bike. The Heybike representative immediately received my request and sent the parts right away. This action made me a satisfied customer. The e-bike is good for paved roads, dirt, and gravel terrain. I would recommend Heybike
Ordering was easy. Shipping was fast. Assembly simple. This is my first e-bike. It is so fun to ride around my small town on the bike trails and not have to worry about getting tired.
Nice bike. I dropped the front handlebar on one when assembling. There were no instructions anywhere as to how to reassemble the washers and bearings. I had to get clues from other manufacturers. The rear light keeps flashing - won't turn off. The other bike is fine. Currently everything is reassembled and working fine - except for the rear light. Rain has kept us from taking a long ride.
I always wanted an e-bike, just to get outdoors from time to time when I'm not hiking. I figured this is just the ticket! I ordered my HeyBike Ranger S and received it not long after. Opened the box, assembled it, and was ready to ride. The front wheel assembly was a bit difficult, but I managed to figure it out. Riding the bike initially took me by surprise, as it's a lot more powerful than I expected. Probably overkill for quick trips through the neighborhood, but I am in love with the seamless power delivery and torque this bike has. Top speed is exhilarating and can easily get there.
