I’ve absolutely loved my Ranger Pro…

I’ve absolutely loved my Ranger Pro 3.0. It has completely changed the way I commute to work. Instead of driving there every day, I’ve started using my Ranger in combination with the local Metrorail system, and it has saved me a significant amount of money on gas while making my commute much more enjoyable. One of my favorite features is how easy it is to fold. Whether I’m loading it into my car, taking it on the train, or storing it when not in use, the folding design makes transportation incredibly convenient. The removable battery is another huge plus. I can simply bring the battery into the office and charge it under my desk while I work, which makes ownership even easier. The performance has really exceeded my expectations. The acceleration and takeoff speed are nice, especially when pulling away from intersections, and the braking power gives me a lot of confidence and control. The suspension does a great job absorbing bumps and imperfections in the road, and the seat is comfortable enough to make longer commutes enjoyable. Beyond the performance and practicality, the bike looks fantastic. Everywhere I go, people stop to ask questions or compliment the bike. It gets attention constantly, and everyone seems to love the design. Overall, the Ranger Pro 3.0 has been hands down one of the best purchases I’ve made in a long time. It’s comfortable, powerful, practical, easy to transport, and has helped me save money while making my daily commute something I actually look forward to every morning.

Very pleased with the purchase. Everything arrived quickly and without any problems. The bikes are high quality and performed as advertised. Have already had other combo bike purchased by relatives from test ride and recommendation from our experience.

Purchased a Cityscape 2.0 -22 months…

Purchased a Cityscape 2.0 -22 months ago and have enjoyed it. Only needed to replace a rear tire and brake pads. Recently it just quit. Will not reset or turn on. I have contacted the supplier Amazon and HeyBike customer service and have heard nothing in nearly a week. No email. No call. Service must support the products. Most bike shops refuse to work on HeyBikes.

The Cityrun is a good value

The Cityrun is a good value. Customer service is helpful and responsive. A spoke reflector broken in shipping was replaced albeit slowly. However, the video instructions for construction are too fast and not detailed enough. I had to rewatch several times.The video should have pause points to segment the construction process. Construction goes best with 2 people.

Heybike Venus-life is rolling along

I have a Heybike Venus. I’m enjoying almost daily rides down to the river and back. Coming back the PAS is a blessing. I’m still wary about traffic but enjoy reliving my youth. I’m looking forward to traveling Atlanta’s Greenways. Assembly was pretty easy other than hooking up the rear brake light. The rear brakes screamed like a banshee but cleaning the rotors and new pads solved the problem. I found a shop that will help me out if needed which is reassuring(Atlanta E-bike). I haven’t needed them but it’s great there is some local support.

Spent a considerable amount of time researching e-bike manufacturers before making a purchase. After considering build quality, price, performance, and customer service, my husband and I decided HeyBike was the best choice for us. After owning both the Ranger 3.0 Pro and the Mars 3.0, we could not be more happy and satisfied with our purchase.

Love the HeyBike, app can use improvements

I love the big tires and front & rear suspension because they make potholes seem barely there! I love petal assist because I can still exercise my legs but also keep up with my husband. Throttle is nice to have as well especially for steep hills. It took me a few to get used to how the handle bars are so vertical like a scooter, it’s a bit different than riding a regular bike. I few things I would like to see improve are mainly in the app: the max speed reading in the app seems to be not calibrated with the speed reading on the E-bike . Also the timer does not stop when you stop, which skews your average speed reading. You can pause the timer for water breaks but that is not convenient when just stopping at stop signs and waiting for cars.

Bought the Saturn

Bought the Saturn. Received it and their was a part that was broken. Contacted customer service and they were very helpful in getting me the replacement part under warranty. Got to ride it a couple of times, and so far it's holding up to my expectations.

Streamline and painless

The ordering process and delivery was streamlined and very quick. We anticipated a long wait, but they arrived to the door within 2 weeks of order date. Assembly was quick and painless. The keyless option and app have been great for tracking our rides and learning how to optimize the performance of the bikes.

I went through prostate cancer and had…

I went through prostate cancer and had ADT therapy. The cancer was gone after treatment, but so was my muscle mass and motivation. The Heybike Ranger S 1000W was exactly what I needed. Get outside and start pedaling, if I get tired, I can hit the throttle assist to get home. I am loving this new activity

After 250 miles my throttle has started…

After 250 miles my throttle has started to give out. And already had to replace both tires due to them coming off the rims. Honestly not happy.

Love this bike so much!

I've had my Mars 3.0 for about a month and it has been nothing short of transformative. I'm not as young as a used to be and at this stage of life, getting this bike is already enabling me to enjoy cycling for fitness, replacing short car trips, and just have pure fun to a much greater extent than using my conventional bikes. I use only enough pedal assist to help smooth out steeper hills and still get a good workout, and with the wide tires and full suspension, the ride is more comfortable than I've ever experienced on a bicycle. The ability to fold up the bike, put it into the hatch of my compact SUV, and head out to rural trails was also a major consideration for me. I'm so done with transporting bikes on the outside of my vehicle. Finally, I'm finding that the bike is so well constructed and the performance is so good that I'm strongly considering getting a 2nd Mars 3.0 that should just fit alongside the other one in my SUV so I can share my e-bike adventures with any number of friends and family who would love to join me.

Everyday work commute

I absolutely love this e-bike and use it every day for my commute to work. It has made my daily travel much more enjoyable, convenient, and efficient. The ride is smooth, comfortable and reliable, whether I'm traveling short distances or longer routes. One of my favorite features is the rear seat. It is spacious and comfortable, making it perfect for carrying my daughter. She enjoys riding on ita nd the extra comfort gives me peace of mind during our trips together. The battery life has been great for my daily needs, and the bike is easy to handle and maneuver. It has become an essential part of my daily routine, helping me save time while enjoying the ride. Overall, I am extremely satisfied with this e-bike and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a practical, comfortable, and family-friendly commuting solution.

From the first ride we were sold on the ease and comfort of the bikes. My husband and I have explored areas we previously would not have made it to prior to having our bikes. We have rode on roads, simple bike paths and mountain bike trails- the bikes perform well on all. We have a large group of people who camp and have other brands of bikes. After riding our Hey Bikes, they were left disappointed in the comfort and performance of their own brand. 10/10 would purchase again.

Worth the money especially if you wanna save on gas for work

Arrived within the week very easy to assemble has been my daily to work even used during a light rain and everything's fine the suspension is great and the big wheels helps with making the ride that much smoother

First ebike. No regrets

This was my first ebike purchase and my needs are completely met. The quality of the bike from welds and components look and feel great for the price point. I've put about 60 miles since arrival and the only issue I've had is a squeaky rear shock which was fixed by some grease. Excited to put more miles on this thing! If you're on the fence go look up youtube reviews there are plenty of them. I was going to go with Lectric but felt this was a better bang for my buck.
