Just buy it!
As an avid cyclist of 40+ years and owner of two very high end bikes I can say with authority that this Breeze is a fantastic ride and deal. I bought it for my girlfriend but of course I had to test ride it. It’s so comfortable, effortless and super fun to ride. I love all of the features that it comes with including the large display, headlight, taillights, turn signals, hydraulic disk brakes, a high quality rear rack and fenders. The motor is virtually silent. The ability to fine tune the motor and sensors is superb. What really impressed me was how nimble and light it is! I’ve ridden plenty of clunky electric tanks this is not one of them. It actually rides so smooth and easily without the motor even turned on. My girlfriend is ecstatic with it and now we can ride together . . . actually I’ll probably be sneaking it out every chance I get.
Sophia, Elijah, and AJ all were terrific in answering all my questions, and I had plenty, and explaining everything in complete detail. This has to be one of the best customer service experiences I have ever had from any company. There was nothing they didn't know and all were very prompt with their replies, almost as if they were just waiting for the next question.

Great CUSOMER SERVICE!
I worked with Angelica in resolving issues with my Discover M, which is a great bike, but just not for me. I own a Discover 2 as well, which I love and with which never had a single problem. But the M had issues you normally don't see with this company, and they were willing to help me get resolution. Velotric's solution was a fair one and required both parties to work together to make an exchange. I applaud Angelica for her patience and professionalism, always polite and responsive. I also greatly appreciate Velotric's willingness to listen and find out what would make me a happy and loyal customer, which I am.
Great customer service. My Fold 1 Plus battery started dying at about 6 miles. Velotric lived up to their warranty and issued a new replacement battery within a couple of weeks. Thank you!
Customer service was exceptionally responsive to my request for information. They researched my question and got back to me quickly.
I haven’t had any problems with the bike so I can’t comment on parts or warranties.

Velotric customer service is friendly and responsive, and helpful. They honor their warranties and if a new part is required, they are quick to ship it out.
Called with an error I had made when filling out my warranty email address. It was taken care of immediately while I was on the phone with support! Very appreciative of the super fast response!
