I am 100% satisfied with the quality of my Bike. My only complaint is when I called in to customer support about how to install my front wheel, I wasn’t walked through the process to understand and I called back 3 times and finally had to take to a bike shop.

Given the high price for the product I was surprised : (i) the attachment system is poorly conceived( the strap fit is loose and allows it to slide up and down the vertical strut and rattle and (ii) the length of the lock chain is quite short , creating challenges to attach the bike to some posts and fixtures. There are better products out there which solve for both issues. It does have a nifty Aventon logo on it though. I give it a “C” grade.

This bike is a power house. I’ve only had or been on other 85nm max bikes in the past and the Current ADV feels leaps faster. I love that I can follow my kids on their electric dirt bikes for hours with ease. The battery life seems to be really go so far. The suspension is probably worth upgrading if you’re a die hard rider. Theres not as much adjustment as I would have thought but can live with it as I’m not on the trails day in and out.
Seems like some people were worried about the weight of the bike and some about the turning/ handling but I come from a dirt bike racing background and it feels somewhat similar to a 250f in a weird way through the woods and trails. It’s very planted and rides on the dirt bike trails especially well. I was super comfortable right away with minor adjustments. The Currents power pulls bigger/ more technical hills allowing me to pre ride some of the cross country dirt bike tracks with ease.
While the pedals aren’t horrible I did swap the pedals out right away for a slightly larger flat set that I was more comfortable with.
I’m not yet sold on the saddle either. I’m still working on some adjustments but I will most likely swap that out for something a bit more comfortable.
It did take some time to receive my bike as I believe they were just in high demand at the point I purchased it and that’s understandable. With that being said I did receive my current several days before the original ship date was thought to be.
Overall for the price I couldn’t find anything comparable to the aventon Current ADV. You may find that some of the parts that are more personal preference dependent may have to be swapped out in order to heighten your experience but I don’t think that takes away from the overall experience and value that this bike brings from the factory.

Had an issue with a dealer, and the wrong bikes were given to me.
Cody and his team were extremely helpful. I can honestly say that I’ve never had better customer service anywhere. Thank you guys for making a frustrating situation very easy.

I work on Mackinac Island Michigan, where vehicles are not allowed. Only bikes and horses. So my pedal bike is my evervything. I can't say enough good about Aventon. It's a great bike, delivered quick. I love this bike!

I ordered a Aventure M, which arrived quickly but didn’t work because of a controller error. I talked to support and after trying troubleshooting it was determined to be a bad battery. After a day or so I received an email that a new battery was being prepared for shipment, however the shipping address was incorrect. I emailed but didn’t get a response right away, so concerned that it might ship, I called and spoke to a different person who corrected the address. Then the original support person must have read my email and canceled the order. I emailed again and after another day I got a new email with a new order with the correct address.
I waited a week checking each day to see whether the battery had shipped. I finally sent a new email asking why the delay. Coincidentally that day it showed FedEx info that it was finally being shipped. However as of this moment I have not received the new battery. So it has been two weeks since I have had the bike with no functioning battery. It has been a very frustrating experience.
I question the quality control within Aventon on a $3000 bike and battery. It should have never been shipped as it exhibited the issue immediately when I tried to use it.

Luv the Aventon Pace 4 ( my P4) .
I was very pleasantly surprised how smooth she transitions from manual to electric.
I had ridden another brand a while back and there was a “jolt” as I engaged the electric power. It’s a very smooth ride. Control is great/ very solid ride. The bike was assembled and delivered on time with the dealer volunteering an on site tutorial at my residence! Thank you Aventon for an excellent product & customer service.

Maintain torque information on the first generation level. Staff responding to emails should be more knowledgeable. To many back and forth emails. Consider providing handlebar stem options that allow upright and closer for older riders for the Level and Aventure 3.
