Quality and Everything You Could Ask For
Puckipuppy bikes has put together a product that delivers quality and accessories to make your biking experience easier, enjoyable and relaxing.
Bikes arrived as expected, assembling the bikes was relatively simple just follow the instructions. We purchased 2 bikes and both worked perfectly after assembly and a quick 5 mile ride to test for any adjustments.
We followed it up the next day with a 38 mile ride and everything was flawless. The ride was bike trail and off trail combination. We have everything in the Boxer ST performance to comfortably ride almost anywhere.
Call their customer service line to order extra batteries and the agent was professional and executed our order with no issues.
If you like a quality product at a value price which performs at an outstanding level PUCKIPUPPY has just what you should be looking towards.
Good heavy duty electric bike.. excellent. I wish they would have a bit more personal verbally communication on the bike and mantaiance on a yearly customer support. But awesome times on the Puckipup...

Fun and loaded with accessories!
Smooth assembly, more options from carriers to air pumps, this is a great e-bike for the price! The motor is powerful enough to make travel effortless up hills, and comfortable enough to ride for miles. For us, we couldn’t be happier. We used to rent e-bikes on vacations and often were disappointed by their quality, and cost per day. We decided to purchase 2 bikes and shipped them to our son’s place in San Francisco. Road the Bay Trail, went up to Tahoe, and we look forward to many more rides!
A little delay in getting the bikes (bought two) due to item being sold out. Once we received the bikes, we were extremely impressed with packaging and build quality of the bikes. Even the included bike rack was very well made. We had a little issue with programing the control display on one bike (caused by us) but customer service was prompt (within 24 hrs due to time delay) in responding and provided helpful info to remedy the issue. We have been using the bikes on the beach, everyone who rides them is very impressed , even die hard anti ebike folks love them. Again, the qualify is awesome, would buy again.
Horrible customer service. Find a different bike company. Absolutely horrible customer service. I have been trying to get my biked fixed from day one out of the box. The wheel wobbled and ive sent video after video. Its been 12 days with no resolution. Its ridiculous that we pay a lot of money for these products to not get customer service that are competent. Cat is horrible to talk to and ive asked for her manager with nothing. They only respond at night in the united states. Do not buy from them they are horrible and there are a ton of bike companies. They than respond on here to email them and they will resolve my issue. The same place ive been emailing them. Its sad that we all spend our hard earned money on these products that come not 100 percent. I also asked for a refund on a front basket i bought because it did not list it in the products to come with bike with no resolution to that either. Stay away. Spend extra with a better company

Definitely worth it.
The bike does everything you want it too. Its what yiu wish mountain bike riding was like. Its awesome. The battery will last longer than you.
The bike is solid build. Very functional.
It is lower price point entry so the front forks aren't the greatest. And you need to switch the seat for a real bike seat not the huge cushy seat that comes with it.
Maybe the pedals will need to be swapped out at some point for something not plastic. But overall. Im super happy I bought this bike.
I did alot of research before ordering an electric mtn bike. PuckiPuppy had good reviews and great user videos. With the promotions and good price I decided to order a Labrador Pro and I am very happy with that process. I received the bike in a short time and was very pleased with the shipping and packaging. Assembly instructions were ok. I took my first ride and was shocked how comfortable it was
After a few trips I had noticed that the front forks had wear marks on them. I contacted Puckipuppy, and with a couple of emails and a photo they sent me a new fork. I was glad to have such good customer service and response to this issue. After installing new fork I took the bike on a pretty rough day trip in the mountains of Colorado where I live. I was on a steep rocky trail and this bike did amazing. I was very shocked how well it climbed those hills with me and my saddle pack I was carrying. I did have to stop and tighten a couple of bolts on the suspension because of some creaking noise but that solved the noise. I am very pleased with the Labrador Pro and would recommend it. I am anxious to go do some more riding.

DISPOSABLE BIKE. NOT WORTH IT.
...and as soon as you realize it, it's past two weeks and they won't take it back.
I've owned this bike for less than three months and nearly EVERYTHING is broken. For the same amount of money, I could've bought two better bikes. I've thrown away 90% of the accessories that have come with it, after they stopped functioning, broke, disintegrated or just fell off. The bike itself is already moving slower than it did when I got it and several surfaces, including electrical components, are corroding over, which they cleverly omitted from the warranty. Check for yourself. Your bike WILL rust solid and they will not care.
Meanwhile, this thing is SO HEAVY and HUGE that it is essentially a motorcycle that barely goes 28mph, downhill, while I peddle furiously. It's incredibly difficult to control at speed.
Long story short, I'm out $2200 and I'm filled with regret.

The entire transaction was handled efficiently. My wife and I are enjoying the E-bikes that we purchased.
The web-sight provided meaningful information about each product; this was certainly helpful in deciding on which E-bike to purchase.
The order was easy to process and the delivery time was prompt.
After assembling the bikes I experienced one problem with a tire tube. The company was quick to honor the warranty and shipped me a new tube and tire.
We purchased two Dachshund e-bikes and have thoroughly enjoyed getting to learn them and see the many campgrounds we travel to. Since we bought two, we also received the bike carrier which my husband has been very impressed with.

Puckipuppy's customer service is top notch! Quickly responsive, helpful, knowledgeable and patient. We purchased two Boxer ST step through bikes and while one of them arrived with a damaged part, my experience with coming to a resolution was a true sense of being heard and taken care of. Once we got both bikes road worthy and took them out for a spin, I have to say these bikes are stellar. SO much fun! So well built, really beautiful, they thought of everything in designing these.

Great product and great company
It’s a great class 2 bike that my son rides all over the city. He says it’s comfortable and as long as he is pedaling the battery lasts the whole day of him being out with his friends. We did have a little mishap with shipping but they remedied the issue immediately. Great product and great company.
My wife and I both got E-Bikes. She got the Husky, and I got the Corgi. We both love them. I took the Corgi on a 60-mile ride. I almost used up the battery, as it was very windy coming home. But I had one bar left. All handling was amazing!

Received it in the mail it wasn't hard to put together and it has tremendous power going uphill and it's the Samoyed brand. And it rides smooth and it's fast and powerful and it's easy to get on and off of I'm 76. Customer service is pleasant and easy to deal with if anything is needed I've had mine or a year and a half and no problems. The best bike I've owned and I've had a lot of Ezips and tricycles. It's a blessing. Amen
It’s been over a year that I ordered my fat wheel electric bike. Because of an injury I haven’t had the chance to ride it as much as I’d like to but compared to my previous electric bike this one puts a huge smile on my face. I do need to take it out more often to keep the battery from going bad. Speaking of the battery it’s still holding a full charge after 1 year. I do need to run it down so I can recharge it.
