We have 3 Puckipuppy bikes, a Boxer ST, a Boxer and a Labrador Pro. All three are rugged and durable. They are however not nimble. They almost feel like a dirt bike. I would not recommend them for anyone short. Maybe the ST versions might work but certainly not the regular frames. They are priced below most of their competitors. We have no complaints at all.
The bikes shipped quickly, and the tracking and emails regarding the purchase were prompt and numerous. The bikes have been everything i expected, and a part i needed was shipped quickly at no charge, even though it was not listed as being included in the order. Great customer service and communication.

The bike arrived quickly and exactly when it was slated to arrive. There was a bit of confusion because the extras package arrived earlier than the bike. I thought the bike was being delivered and it was the add-ons. The bike was assembled by my husband who had already put together his bike from a different company. There was some confusion with the assembly directions which very much need more detail, visuals, and descriptions. The bike rides beautifully. It was learning curve at first since I had never ridden an ebike, but after the first couple of rides, I fell in love. The bike is smooth, easy to transition from pedal assist to just pushing the button. If you want an easy rider that feels like you are riding top notch good quality, you have found the bike!
E bike was a great value. High quality and super comfortable. The only draw back I have found is the weight is a little heavy. Other than that it is a great bike.

The huge motor and the dual-battery system are incredibly efficient, providing amazing power even when towing my “DOGS” 🐶❤️. I love that I can charge both batteries directly through the frame—it's a high-performance, efficient beast! As a devoted owner, safety is my priority, and this trailer is a secure metal-framed fortress for my pack. I had some safety concerns, and “CAT “ were spectacular—they addressed my questions perfectly and helped me resolve everything quickly. Also, the shipping was incredibly fast! We love our bikes, but on a recent trip one of the screens died, which meant the electric part of bike didn’t work. Came home and reported it to customer support, and after a few pics and questions, we received a new screen and buttons within days through warranty. It was quick and painless. Great customer service and standing behind their products. That’s a real sign of a great company.
Received the bike in 5 days after ordering. Labrador pro with camo. Put it all together. Everything was fine.. until I tried to ride it. I’m a short person, 5’6” with 30” inseam. Could barely get my foot over the upper bar. When I did the seat was poking me in the back, which pushed me forward to the point where the bar was firmly pushing against my pelvis. Tried to get up on the peddle , but fell over and smashed on the ground.. Just to be clear, I’m an avid rider, and have had different bikes in my life. So not my first rodeo. This bike is not for short people.. when I finally got going I found the suspension to be super stiff. Even with the front forks unlocked. When I came to a stop and I went to dismount, got the upper bar in the base of my pelvis hard and fell over again. Lucky for me I wasn’t far from home and managed to get back on and made my way back home. The bike is way too big for me. They advertised it as a one size fits all, but this is not the case. Now what do I do with this oversized bike that I clearly not suited for? My friend who actually recommended this bike to me, and who is 2” taller than me, has the same problems as I did.. I guess I’ll have to try to sell this one, probably at a loss, and shop other brands to find something more suitable… so buyer beware, if you’re short like me.

Ordering was easy .The bikes came quickly. Instructions could have been better.
Puckipuppy kept me informed on my pre-order. My Poodle ebikes arrived earlier then expected. Communication was great. Since my husband was working extra hours when the ebikes arrived, I got started with assembling the ebikes myself. Directions were easy to follow and I got them properly assembled! I have been happy with the bike, it runs and drives as advertised, looks nice, and was shipped on time. As all of the fat tire e-bikes they tend to be a little short on gears being a 7 speed. I have another one and upgraded to a 10 speed, absolute game changer. It's a cheap upgrade to do yourself so no big deal.
Easy to purchase. Easy to put together. But need better instructions for operating.
I love my bike and so far I have not had any issues. It only criticism I can give is the lack of instruction that comes with the bike. While it is fairly easy to assemble, the instructions for the control panel do not match the upgraded control panels sold on the bikes. Also, the front basket sold in the upgrade packs doesn't really fit on the front without crushing the wires. More direction on that would be helpful. I have the labrador pro.
Order and the Delivery went flawless, Changed out the handlebars to help my wife site upright on the trike. Love everything about the trike (Husky), went together quite easily. My wife is in love with it now.
I received my Puckipuppy Poodle bike and it's great! It was packaged well. It rides smoothly and the battery life is impressive. It's easy enough to ride without the assist, but when needed the assist transitions easily. Overall, very happy with the bike. Customer service could use some work. They were difficult to reach and offered incorrect information.
I Ordered a Beagle and a Beagle ST. They arrived in less then a week and it took about a Hour a piece to put them together. They are very nice looking and fun to ride. In the first week i put Seventy miles on Mine riding it in the evening.
Got in on the deal with buying 2 e bikes and get a free bike rack. Also ordered one extra battery. Ordered Sunday night, bike rack showed up on Wednesday,extra battery arrived on Thursday along with one of the bikes. 2nd bike arrived on Saturday. Excellent shipping time(and it was free). Both bikes came with a bunch of extras- fenders, cup holder, phone mount, tire pump, rear rack, etc .. excellent packaging, everything was properly secured in heavy duty boxes. Pretty simple assembly, 1st bike took about an hour and a half, 2nd about an hour. UNFORTUNATELY, the first bike did not power up. Got a hold of customer service, and after a couple of email exchanges and a video of bike not turning on,they sent me a new display and harness. 2 days to arrive. Bike works perfectly with new parts installed. Have taken these bikes out twice now, using the new(heavy duty!) bike rack...they are a blast!!! Very happy with my purchase, and with their customer service! Thanks Again, puckipuppy!!
